We offer personalized support to help young people navigate job applications, including accommodations guidance, workplace disclosure strategies, and confidence-building to overcome barriers to non-visible disabilities.
Resume Writing
Participants receive one-on-one help to create resumes that showcase their strengths, skills, and goals. We also offer guidance on highlighting adaptive abilities and transferable experiences in ways that resonate with inclusive employers.
Scholarship & Financial Aid Assistance
We help students and their families identify scholarships and financial aid opportunities that are inclusive of students with disabilities and support them in navigating documentation or eligibility questions with ease and dignity.
Interview Preparation
Our coaching sessions prepare participants for interviews through practice, adaptive communication strategies, and emotional readiness. We equip youth to confidently express their value while addressing any concerns related to non-visible conditions--on their own terms.
College Enrollment Support
From selecting the right school to completing applications, enrollment paperwork and accommodation requests, we provide comprehensive support to ensure young people with non-visible disabilities can transition into higher education feeling empowered, informed, and supported.
